1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or made-to-order panels
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Replacement Option
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
